Dr. Andrea Toth – Dentist
Dr. Andrea Toth grew up in South Florida and graduated from American Senior High in the top 5% of her class. She attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. While attending the University of Florida, she was accepted into the Scholars Program where she performed research on pediatric dental sedations with the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Following graduation, she moved to Michigan to attend the University of Michigan for dental school. During her time in Ann Arbor, she met her husband Dr. Ryan Toth, who is originally from Farmington Hills, Michigan. Following her graduation, they moved to West Michigan. Her husband is also a dentist and has his own practice in Zeeland, Michigan. They live in Byron Center with their twin daughters and Bernese Mountain Dog named Finn.
Although, Dr. Toth grew up in Florida, her parents how now moved to Michigan to be closer to her. Dr. Toth also has two younger siblings. Her brother Rod and her sister Daphne. Her brother Rod lives in Los Angeles, California and works doing computer programming for Facebook. Her younger sister Daphne graduated from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and is now attending a dental pediatric residency at Louisiana State University. Dr. Toth’s passion for dentistry has influenced not only her own sister but many undergraduate students to pursue dentistry over the years.
Dr. Toth has been working in Grand Rapids for several years in both private practice, and at the veterans at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. Dr. Toth was also one of the founding dentists at the Mercy Health Dental Clinic prior to joining the office. She is also fluent is Spanish and looks forward to serving the Hispanic community in Kentwood. She enjoys kayaking, golfing, spending time with her daughters, relaxing by the pool and traveling with her friends and husband.
Sarajane – Registered Dental Hygienist
Sarajane was born in Jenison and graduated from Unity Christian High School. She earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Grand Rapids Community College and has worked at the office since 1996. Her favorite thing about working at Comfort Family Dentistry is being able to interact with the patients, building quality relationships and help them maintain a healthy smile. Sarajane spends her free time playing the piano and board games, camping, flower gardening and attending many choir concerts and bowling matches that her 2 kids are involved in. She has been married 25 years and lives in Jenison with her family.
BRIGITTE – Registered Dental Hygienist
Brigitte graduated the Dental Hygiene program at GRCC in 2007. She did some traveling hygiene in Virginia and Washington DC at the beginning of her career. Since then, she came back to Michigan and started looking for her forever office and it took her a while but she's here now! I am family oriented and have a great group of friends. My "family" in home consists of a one-eyed cat, Biggles and a box turtle, Myrtle who is nearly 40 years old. She loves Halloween and all things spooky, her decorations for trick or treaters are a hit with many in her small town! She looks forward to seeing your smiling faces in her hygiene chair!
Andrea R. – CERTIFIED DEntal Assistant
Andrea was raised in Newaygo, Michigan. After graduating from Newaygo High School, she attended Great Lakes School of Dental Assisting. She has passed the three exams in general chairside assisting, radiation health and safety and infection control in order to be a certified dental assistant. On her free time, Andrea enjoys dancing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
